Our Epipremnum pinnatum are grown outdoors to maximize growth. Therefore, minor blemishes or leaf imperfections maybe present but in no way affect the overall health of the plant.

PLANT CARE

LIGHT
Cebu Blue likes bright, indirect light year round. Harsh, direct sunlight will scorch the leaves, while too little light will cause the leaves to become smaller and spread farther out.

WATER
Water your Cebu Blue enough to keep the soil moist, but not wet or saturated. It’s best to water when the top inch of the soil is dry. Don’t worry if you forget—it will occasionally tolerate a missed watering! Look out for yellow leaves, they are a symptom of too much water.

HUMIDITY
Your bathroom or kitchen would be a great choice for your Cebu Blue because it does best in a slightly more humid environment. Brown leaf tips may indicate the air is too dry.

TEMPERATURE
Cebu Blue prefer average to warm temperatures of 65-85 degrees. Do not expose it to temperatures below 65 degrees even for a short time because cold air will damage the foliage. Avoid cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.

TOXICITY
Cebu Blue are mildly toxic to pets and humans. It can cause a mild irritation to the mouth if chewed or swallowed and also a mild digestive reaction.

ADDITIONAL CARE
Trim out any dead, discolored, damaged, or diseased leaves and stems as they occur with clean, sharp scissors. Snip stems just above a leaf node; new growth will emerge from this cut. Use sharp pruning shears to avoid tearing the stems.

FOOD
Feed monthly in the spring through fall with a general-purpose indoor plant fertilizer.

Before shipping, all of our plants are inspected and photographed. Your new plant's pot is then bagged to ensure that the soil stays in the pot and not loose in the box. Plants are wrapped in kraft paper to protect the foliage and secured in place and cushioned with natural biodegradable peanuts.

Depending on the plant type and/or needs, your plants will be shipped in a nursery grow pots or unpotted, bare root, and wrapped in sphagnum moss for shipping.

To prevent plants from sitting in the Post Office unnecessarily over the weekend, we ship most items on Mondays and Tuesdays unless there is a special request for a different day from the buyer.

**PLEASE NOTE: The plant will need time to adjust to your environment. Initial cosmetic issues such as browning tips or leaves yellowing can occur. These are results of stress from transit & the shipping process. Some damage can occur during transit – this is normal. With the proper care your plant will soon outgrow any shipping damage that may have occurred. Familiarize yourself with your new plants requirements and be prepared to provide them with the proper light, humidity, and water upon arrival.

If your plant has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can help to resolve the issue. Please take photos of the box and packaging so we can help you file a claim with USPS for damages sustained during shipping. If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you message us and provide images of the plant at the time of unpacking post delivery. We will do our best to help in any way we can.
