π. Our Jungle Cactus are grown outdoors to maximize growth. As a result there can be minor blemishes or leaf imperfections present. These in no way affect the overall health of the plant.

Before shipping, all of our plants are inspected. Your new plant's pot is then bagged to ensure that the soil stays in the pot and not loose in the box. Plants are wrapped in kraft paper to protect the foliage, secured in place and cushioned with natural biodegradable peanuts. Depending on the variety, some of our plants will be unpotted, bare root, and wrapped in sphagnum moss for shipment to minimize the risk of damage.

Please take photos of the box and packaging so we can help you file a claim with USPS for damages sustained during shipping. If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you message us and provide images of the plant at the time of unpacking post delivery. We will do our best to help in any way we can.
